We're built specifically for UK families, by a UK mum. We use NHS terminology, not American imports. We combine sleep tracking, gentle guidance, and a verified expert directory in one app — without the overwhelm. And we're honest: we can't sell you a magic solution to your baby's sleep, because sometimes there simply isn't one. We hope that honesty is part of what makes HeyBaby feel different.

Yes. The native HeyBaby app is live now on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

Verification emails can take up to 10–15 minutes to arrive. Please check your junk or spam folder, as they can occasionally end up there. If you're still stuck, email hey@heybabyonline.com and we'll get it sorted.

The free tier includes: sleep, feed and routine logging with multiple timers and manual edits; multiple baby profiles (great for twins or siblings); full data export as CSV; and access to browse Ask the Expert answers from our verified professionals.

Premium (£5.99/month) adds HeyBaby Compass and sleep cue profiling, smart nap predictions, a 7-day visual sleep chart, gentle smart reminders, the ability to share live data with your professional, the full UK verified professional directory, direct messaging with professionals, the ability to submit your own Ask the Expert questions, and exclusive partner discounts.

Yes. Premium is a rolling monthly subscription with no commitments. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings — your access continues until the end of your current billing month.

On iOS, payment is processed securely through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID. On Android, it's handled through Google Play billing. Either way, we don't see or store your payment details.

Yes. HeyBaby supports families from the newborn stage through to toddlerhood, with guidance and predictions that adapt as your child grows. Premature babies are also supported with prematurity-adjusted timings from day one.

Log naps, night sleep, wake times, feeds and nappies with a tap. Multiple timers can run at the same time, you can edit logs manually, and you can capture a sleep cue from any screen. Over time HeyBaby builds a picture of your baby's rhythm and uses it to offer suggestions.

HeyBaby Compass is our flagship Premium feature — and the reason most parents upgrade. It combines two things: Snooze Clues (personalised insights drawn from your own logged data) and your baby's unique sleep cue profile. Together they give you sleep predictions, gentle nudges, and a routine that fits your baby — not a generic one. Compass keeps learning as your baby grows.

Yes. HeyBaby offers real-time nap and bedtime suggestions using age-appropriate wake windows, your baby's recent sleep history, and developmental stage. With Premium, these become significantly smarter as HeyBaby Compass learns your baby's individual pattern.

Not at all. HeyBaby fully supports flexible routines and responds to your baby's real-time patterns. It adapts to your day rather than enforcing a fixed schedule.

All sleep support within HeyBaby is gentle and holistic. We don't support Cry It Out methods — we believe that with the right support, this shouldn't be necessary.

Yes — and this is one of HeyBaby's most loved Premium features. Instead of screenshots, WhatsApp voice notes, or trying to remember last night's wake-ups on the spot, you can share your real live log data with your professional in one tap. They see exactly what they need; you stay in control of what's shared.

Yes. CSV export is free and available to all users at any time. It includes sleep, feeds, nappies, notes — your baby's full log history. Yours to keep, share, or hand to your health visitor however suits you.

Premium members can browse and message verified UK sleep coaches, doulas, lactation consultants, postnatal physios, postnatal fitness specialists and more — filtered by location and specialty. You can also browse Ask the Expert answers (free) or submit your own questions (Premium).

Yes — the Listed plan is completely free with no time limit. It includes a verified presence in the UK directory with your name, photo, bio, specialism, location, and a basic profile dashboard. You can upgrade to Partner (£14.99/month) whenever you're ready, with no long-term commitment.

Founding Partner is a limited early-adopter rate of £9.99/month — locked in for life. It includes everything Partner offers, plus an early-adopter badge on your profile, direct input on new features, and priority support from the founder. Once early spots are filled, full Partner pricing of £14.99/month applies.

Sleep Signals is a live feed in your professional dashboard surfacing meaningful events across your client list — a Snooze Clue activating for a baby, a new client completing onboarding, or a client who's gone quiet. It helps you spot what needs attention without scrolling through anyone's raw data.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from within the app's settings — this permanently removes your data from our systems. If you've subscribed to Premium, remember to cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android) before deleting.

Only you, and anyone you explicitly choose to share with — for example, a sleep consultant you've invited via our share-with-professional feature. You control what's shared and can revoke access at any time.
